Legal Warranty

All products purchased from us are covered by a legal warranty. This means that a product must be in good condition upon delivery and function properly under normal use for as long as can be reasonably expected.

Mont Renard Warranty

At Mont Renard, we offer an additional 6-month warranty on top of the legal warranty. If you have a valid complaint within this period, you are entitled to free repair or a replacement product if repair is not possible.

Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover defects caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • External damage (e.g., sand, impact, or moisture damage)
  • Improper use
  • Lack of maintenance
