Exchanges and returns

At Mont Renard, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If the product you ordered does not fully meet your expectations, you can exchange or return it.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange a product?
Send us an email at info@montrenard.nl with your name, order number, and specify which product you want to return and which product you’d like in exchange.

You have 14 days to return the unused product in its original condition to the address below.
Any payment differences will be settled, and once we receive the returned product, we will send the new item to you.

Returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
Please notify us of your return by emailing info@montrenard.nl. After cancellation, you have 14 days to send back the unused product in its original condition to the address below.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Once your return is registered, we will process your refund within 14 days, or in the case of an exchange, settle the balance once we have received the product in good condition.
