WooCommerce

Savvii (Hosting Provider)
Savvii processes personal data on our behalf and does not use them for personal purposes. The company collects non-personal metadata for service improvement and ensures data security through technical and organizational measures.
MailChimp (Email Marketing)
We send newsletters via MailChimp, which never uses your name or email for its own purposes. Every email contains an unsubscribe link if you no longer wish to receive our newsletter. MailChimp uses cookies and analytics to track email interactions and improve service quality.
MultiSafepay (Payment Processing)
For secure payments, we use MultiSafepay, which processes your name, address, and payment details. MultiSafepay has strict data protection measures and may share anonymized data with third parties for service improvement.
TradeGecko (Order Management)

Sipack (Logistics & Delivery)
For shipping, we use Sipack, which processes your name and address to transfer orders to PostNL or DPD. Sipack only uses this data to fulfill your delivery.
Exact Online (Accounting & Administration)
For bookkeeping, we use Exact Online, where your billing and order details are processed for financial records. Exact Online is contractually bound to confidentiality and does not use your data for other purposes.

We retain your data as long as you are a client. If you request to stop using our services, your profile will be deleted, except for legally required records such as invoices for tax purposes.
